This year I transformed myself into a doe. I started by using an oil free foundation so that the colors would not break down as I added them. Then I placed a light eye shadow all over. Next, I applied brown in the creases of my eyes and black liner to draw an almond shaped eye. White eye liner is applied on the lower water line of the eye to give a “doey” effect. Black eye liner is put under the lash line, nose and going down the center of the top lip to the peak to create the whole top lip. I used Laura Mercier Creme eye liner NOIR because it is 24 hour wear and waterproof. I then applied Bobbi Brown’s Pale Yellow Powder above the brow, eye area and across the chin and mouth. I chose my darkest bronzer, Bobbi Brown Bronzing Powder DEEP, for the forehead, hairline and from ear to ear.
I had so much fun this Halloween creating all kinds of spooky and sweet looks, especially this doe for myself. I can’t wait for next year and all of the costume makeup transformations!
